Sales Policy


Prices: All prices listed are subject to change due to market prices, and Imler Filtration Inc. reserves the right to adjust our prices at any time accordingly to meet market demands.

Quotations: Any product that is listed as “please call for price” is subject to quotation. Quotations are given out on an individual basis, and we ask that you submit your quote request in writing.

Payment: Imler Filtration’s net terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise stated. All past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 2% if the fail to pay within the specified net terms. Any account that is 45 days past due will be placed on a credit hold until payment is received. Failure to pay may result in legal action against you, or your company until Imler Filtration Inc. is paid in full for purchased products.

Minimum Billing: There is a $25 minimum billing charge.

Minimum Orders: Minimum order is one carton. Less than a full carton quantity is subject to a $15.00 fee to open a carton for the order. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Imler Filtration Inc. Imler Filtration is not liable for any delay or default beyond our control. Purchasers are responsible for filing any shipping damage or loss claims with the transport company.

Expedited Orders: There is a $20 rush delivery fee on any product that the customer wishes to have sent out via rush delivery.
Cancellations- Once an order is processed and shipped there is no cancellations. All sales are final with the exception of obtaining a refund certificate number from Imler Filtration.

Returns: No goods may be returned without a return authorization number approved by Imler Filtration Inc. Return authorization is valid for any product that is show to have a manufacturer defect that inhibits the products capacity to perform at the OEM original specifications. Products believed to be damaged by the transport company must be addressed within 5 days of the receipt of the customer, or consignee. Products made to order are not refundable. Imler Filtration has special products that are not refundable, and we ask that you call before purchasing our products to determine which products are not refundable.

Refund Policy


Imler Filtration guarantees that all of our products will meet, or exceed all OEM specifications in fit, form, and function. Upon request, we will provide a COC (Certificate of Conformance) to any of our customers who wish to validate our products before purchase.

We offer money back on any product that is defective. We ask that you place a claim with our customer service department, and obtain a return authorization number to keep for your records. Imler Filtration Inc. cannot process a refund claim without this number so please be sure to obtain this so that we may assist you with your refund.

Certain products are special orders that are not returnable. We ask that you call to find out which products are no refundable items before purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for making an immediate claim with the courier if an item is suspected of being damaged in the shipping process. Failure to immediately notify the courier, and Imler Filtration Inc., of any suspected damages during the shipping process is grounds for refusal of refund claim.

All products must be returned to Imler Filtration within 30 days of receipt along with a return of authorization number so that we may process your claim in a timely manner. Please keep all documents regarding your purchase and shipping information. Imler Filtration Inc. will accommodate any customers refund claim so long as they properly follows our refund policy procedure.

Please Note: Imler Filtration & Separation has no affiliation with Pall, Parker, Hydac, Donaldson, Eaton, and Camfil Farr. We use their part numbers for cross reference purposes only to help customers purchase the right filter for their need. We do guarantee we will always supply you with replacement filters that manufactured by an ISO-9001 certified manufacturer in the USA only for quality control and assurance. 

 

Privacy Policy-

Imler Filtration Inc. is committed to ensuring all our customers information is secure at all times. Our privacy policy was created to establish our guidelines for how we will keep your private information site whenever you use our website.

Imler Filtration Inc. does not and will not ever sell, share or in any other manner give your information to any third party or organization.

Imler Filtration Inc. understands that it is accountable for the privacy and confidentiality of our customers information & we take all the necessary steps to ensure your information is safe with us.

Imler Filtration Inc. will always inform you of when your information is being collected, and will never collect or share any info without prior consent from you the customer.

Imler Filtration Inc. will only collect the info required to approve a transaction and our information is always collected in a fair and legal manner.

Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention
Customer information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless the customer has otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Customer information may only be retained for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

Accuracy
Customer information must be maintained in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used.

Safeguarding Customer Information
Customer information must be protected by security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity level of the information.

Imler Filtration Inc. has an openness policy requires making information concerning our customers the policies & practices that are used with respect to the collection of their info.

Customer Access
Upon request, a customer shall be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of their information, and shall be given access to it. Customers may verify the accuracy and completeness of their information, and may request that it be amended, if appropriate.
